1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jijibet website, creating an account, or using any of the services offered on the jijibet platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jijibet platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of jijibet following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of jijibet, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the platform in any capacity.

2 Eligibility

To register and use jijibet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling and online gaming activities.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable local laws at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jijibet, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from jijibet or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

jijibet reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point during your use of the platform. Providing false information regarding your eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of jijibet services, you are required to create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all jijibet accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one jijibet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jijibet will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Identity Verification (KYC): jijibet may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Ownership: jijibet accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

jijibet reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jijibet supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Philippine market, including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank bank transfers. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the jijibet platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be processed once your account has been fully verified. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Processing Times: jijibet aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements and the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
• Currency: All transactions on jijibet are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.
• Transaction Fees: jijibet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jijibet accepts no responsibility.
• Source of Funds: By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jijibet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jijibet reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free spins are subject to expiry periods as specified in the relevant promotion. Unused bonuses will be removed from your account upon expiry.
• Abuse: jijibet reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms is suspected.
• Amendments: jijibet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the jijibet platform — including live casino games, slots, bingo, jackpot fishing, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules that are made available within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• Random Number Generators: All non-live games on jijibet use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time. Results are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) and are not subject to software manipulation.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, jijibet reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the players involved. jijibet's decision in such matters is final.
• Disconnection: jijibet is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or technical issues on the player's side during gameplay.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jijibet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the jijibet platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to jijibet support immediately.
• Using the jijibet platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any criminal enterprise.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jijibet staff or other players.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jijibet platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game designs, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of jijibet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jijibet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the jijibet platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on jijibet content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the jijibet platform.
• Use jijibet's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorization.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jijibet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jijibet platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the jijibet platform.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

jijibet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jijibet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

jijibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming purposes.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

11 Responsible Gaming

jijibet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their jijibet account at any time via the account settings.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jijibet platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jijibet operates in awareness of the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is committed to upholding the standards applicable to online gaming operations in the Philippines.
